Creative Videographer

Wright Portfolio is looking for a Videographer and Visual Content Producer who can capture, edit, and deliver content that makes people stop scrolling. This role sits at the heart of how we tell our story to the world. You will shoot and produce video and photo content across multiple brands and projects, with a clear mandate to build a visual library that drives real commercial outcomes including bookings, partnerships, and investor confidence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content across social media, campaigns, brand storytelling, and events, producing work that is publish-ready and on-brand.
• Edit video to a professional standard, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, and retouch photographs to a level suitable for web, social media, press, and print.
• Produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts alongside longer-form documentary and brand storytelling pieces.
• Travel to on-the-ground shoot locations, operate independently without a full production crew, and manage a structured digital asset library accessible to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated professional experience in videography and video editing with a portfolio of published work across multiple formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop. DaVinci Resolve is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and lighting across different shooting environments including outdoor and low-infrastructure locations.
• Familiarity with social media content formats across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Drone operation experience is a significant advantage.
